How to test forms:

Refresh Page
  1. Enter your account ID
  2. Click "Run script" to load the configuration of all account forms
  3. If testing an embedded form, specify its ID
  4. Set the testing path (default is the current page)
  5. Use "Change Path" to test the form on different pages
